The Staff were very helpful, especially Jackie who dealt with us most of the day and she went above and beyond for us whilst our car had work done on it.
Car collected,given MOT and returned as promised.

Very helpful, nothing was an issue.
Main concern is relating to my gearbox. After car being retained by HF at a service to repair a leak and other issues with the gearbox (Which was covered by the warranty) the gearbox emitted a rattle which has not been resolved.
As proviously answered a first class service.
Several problems arose1) on brake fluid change, 2 calliper drain nipples were damaged and callipers needed replaced. I had to bring the car back for this as no callipers were in stock despite this being a common problem. 2) MOT date changed

I bought my BMW from Grassicks, Perth who have recently been taken over. As they don't now give the same customer service I contacted Harry Fairbairn.They were very professional and went out of their way to meet my requirements.
The small defects were checked and repaired as necessary.

Always comfortable and welcoming with coffee on tap. My only slight niggle is that it can sometimes take many hours so perhaps too many customers have their cars serviced at any one time.
From the beginning we have been treated with close attention, friendliness and respect, and it is hard to think of any way in which our experience could be bettered.
Any fault has always been rectified first time.never any need to go back. Courteous cup of coffee etc offered during wait.
I was asked to pay for the courtesy car, as my car was in for a BMW repair under warranty I was a little put off by being asked to pay. I did raise this with the garage, and they removed the charge for the courtesy car,

As mentioned above the staff were extremely patient and helpful throughout the car selection and purchase. I loved those tiny things like, car put on a display just so I can see it its all glory while sorting my final documentation :)
I believe that answer I gave in the first box should make it clear that the first venture was a mistake. The second time the sales exec mad sure that the Tourer was the right car for me - i find it east to get in and to leave the car ii suits
