Good customer service, but car wasn't cleaned well, particularly the bonnet.
Car was taken in early morning and i was given a courtesy car so i could continue working, Was called when car was ready and as soon as i collected it had been washed and waiting for me.
My visit was for a drivers air bag recall. On leaving after the re fit , the proximity switch was too sensitive so the Horn would sound when driving. So returned to dealership and it was reset promptly.
Car repaired quickly,and good communication

Car taken in to the dealership by a member of staff who we know to cause minimum disruption to my schedule. This is really above and beyond what would be expected.
Missed on last star due to two things, on arrival didn't recognise my booking (had to go into the computer system) and on pick up car was not totally ready (extra 10 min wait)

Car went in to get checked for knocking noise fault was diagnosed straight away unlike previously at eastern BMW when told there was nothing wrong with it twice
I was told my car was getting a full software update but was not told exactly as I wanted.

All the staff I met acted in a very professional manner. The showroom and the cars in it were immaculate.
Car went in at 8am and after discussion with the representative where I explained that I was just going to wait till it was completed, they were able to get it through quicker & was serviced in under 2 hours.

I waited in showroom for my car , but unfortunately no one told the person doing the valet that I was waiting. My car sat outside ready for over half an hour before I made service department aware of this. Poor inter department communication.
polite, efficient, and will continue to travel there, even though other BMW dealerships are nearer. Those i dealt with for recent servicing and repairs were courteous and answered and dealt with everything i asked, nice to have courtesy wash/clean

Managed to accommodate my need to service my car at very short notice.
I have never had any issues or qualms with the garage staff dealing with my car.
Made to feel welcome on arrival at garage and thereafter treatment was friendly and professional. Car was ready when advised. It was pouring rain when I went to pick it up and I was taken to it under an umbrella - a nice touch.
Car was in for seat belt repair after puppy damage and MOT. Price was fixed, car was returned cleaned and seems to run better than before.
I have noticed greasy fingerprints and dirty feet marks on white leather interior. On a door handle, on bottom part of the door and threshold.Pics available on request

when I couldn't get through the call centre in Glasgow after 5 attempts the girls in the office took my booking over the phone at the kirk branch.
I didn't get a call to advise when I could collect and when I took it back again to get cleaned. I again never got a call. Disappointed to have the same thing happen twice.

The salesman, Murray Fotheringham, was very patient ands listened carefully to what it was I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He then worked hard to source the car which I bought.
