Time from walking in the door to pre-booked service starting was on the long side.
From the meet and greet to the service admin personnel, all very welcoming and knowledgeable with the added feeling of being important and special to them.
On previous occasion, car was returned much later than promised but overall very good d levels of service

It was fine, the staff were friendly enough but for me overly. I completely understand customer satisfaction is paramount but I recon if Id asked someone to tie my shoe laces in there they wouldve done it. Relax guys.... were all human after all
I was not completely satisfied due to the time it took both when buying the car and when picking up the vehicle. My wife and myself were left waiting on our own one a number of occasions especially during our first visit.

The service was ok, but other faults being supposedly to be carried out on the 3 yr warranty were not done as I was intially told, simply because someone had not checked properly what would be covered by the waranty.Cannot go into detail as no space
Never actually got to speak to the person dealing with my car after the work was done so info is still a bit woolley about what's happening with my car when it comes in for the repair as part of a safety recall,
When i came in for a service some of the other jobs that I asked the service department to look at was not followed through.

Salesman Aaron was great, very good to deal with and very accommodating. One minor issue, my brand new car tells me it need a service and emissions checked, despite having only done 9 miles. I'll need to take it back, which is inconvenient.

Good service. Only issues were that there were not enough transporters so the salesman drove my new car to fife which meant instead of having 0-10 miles on the clock it had over 80. Also no reward as was promised when bought car at reward weekend.
