when I couldn't get through the call centre in Glasgow after 5 attempts the girls in the office took my booking over the phone at the kirk branch.
I didn't get a call to advise when I could collect and when I took it back again to get cleaned. I again never got a call. Disappointed to have the same thing happen twice.

HB Kirkcaldy service staff superb, very helpful great communication, a pleasure to deal with.that's the total opposite from my purchase experience at HB Giffnock which is the worst in my lifetime. I will deal with Kirkcaldy again but not Giffnock.

Car was washed and cleaned both times I was in and car ready for pick up on time
I don't like the fact that there is a £15 insurance charge for a courtesy car. We also deal with Audi in Perth and they do not charge for a courtesy car.

Only improvement would have been if the part was in stock but it is understandable that it is not viable for a company to have every part in stock.

The service was ok. My other car is a Renault and they are much more accommodating around drop offs and/ or courtesy car. This makes a big difference when you are working on the day.
In all my days, never have I received such fantastic service from a car dealership or service center. From the moment I walked in the door, reception, triage, service and floor sales - all were welcoming and incredibly helpful.

As a repeat customer i am treated like it was my first time.
An EVG was meant to have been fitted at the same time, but on arrival was told the part was not in! I can't now get this part fitted until August when I am next in the UK as you were booked solid for 2 weeks.
Everything went as expected no issues
Task was completed with no problem, pick up time was changed to suit myself, staff friendly and helpful, no spillages in the engine bay (oil was spilt during the last oil change)
Vehicle collection from home pick up & drop off to agreed time to suit customer.
Very friendly and kept me up to date with the process. Car was cleaned and work carried out in quick time.
