Always comfortable and welcoming with coffee on tap. My only slight niggle is that it can sometimes take many hours so perhaps too many customers have their cars serviced at any one time.
Any fault has always been rectified first time.never any need to go back. Courteous cup of coffee etc offered during wait.

I was asked to pay for the courtesy car, as my car was in for a BMW repair under warranty I was a little put off by being asked to pay. I did raise this with the garage, and they removed the charge for the courtesy car,

Would of been 5 stars but when I brought my car in the first time, I was waiting for my car to get washed & hoovered, 50 mins later I get my keys and my car wasnt washed or hoovered so god knows why I was waiting for 50 mins.
Razwan who dealt with my purchase was excellent from start to finish. I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Harry Fairbairn, Kirkcaldy and both times I have dealt with Raz. A superb representative of the BMW brand.
They are simply the best. No hassle nothing is a problem.
We were given a time the car would be ready and as always BMW delivered on there promise.

There is no effort to help customer. Subjective, contradictory reasons for a diagnosis of the problem has lead to a legitimate claim under AUC beinG refused. Been a customer of BMW (Phoenix/Harry Fairbairn) for years. I will never go back.
I really appreciated the receptionist going over the jobsheet for my car when I dropped it off and explaining what the service would entail. Unfortunately, my car has to return for a software update as the internet was not working on the day.

Good customer service, but car wasn't cleaned well, particularly the bonnet.
Car was taken in early morning and i was given a courtesy car so i could continue working, Was called when car was ready and as soon as i collected it had been washed and waiting for me.
My visit was for a drivers air bag recall. On leaving after the re fit , the proximity switch was too sensitive so the Horn would sound when driving. So returned to dealership and it was reset promptly.
Car repaired quickly,and good communication

Car taken in to the dealership by a member of staff who we know to cause minimum disruption to my schedule. This is really above and beyond what would be expected.
Missed on last star due to two things, on arrival didn't recognise my booking (had to go into the computer system) and on pick up car was not totally ready (extra 10 min wait)

I was told my car was getting a full software update but was not told exactly as I wanted.
Constantly chasing for a repair to be completed and keep getting the same answer, we will call you back and they do not
Car went in to get checked for knocking noise fault was diagnosed straight away unlike previously at eastern BMW when told there was nothing wrong with it twice

Overall experience was positive other than the length of time the handover took to complete. Spent a great deal of time signing documents both physically and electronically. I feel this process requires streamlining.

Only not so plus point was although a very nice chap, the genius wasnt so genius. Everything else was spot on.
