Excellent friendly service from everyone from David in the parts dept, the technician (who had an infectious love of all things BMW and M) to the service advisers and the salesmen we chatted to. Even my wife was impressed which is a hard thing to do!

My wife and I both had Vauxhall's and after servicing, next door with Peter Vardie, the cars were fully valeted, so a partial valet from BMWwas dissapointing.
As above. I was also advised to VT my own vehicle which in the end has ended up being the wrong decision as I had issues financing my new vehicle. I had negative equity and I think this was the best way for the branch to sell me another vehicle.
