I'm currently experiencing difficulty with Harry Fairbairn service, which will hopefully yet be resolved. They binned a new tyre (upgrading to runflat) I'd requested to keep as spare. Apparently the phonecall is being checked but I've not heard back

From the minute I left my keys with the Centre I was kept up to date with progress and advised when my car would be ready and able to be collected. This included an audio video of my car during service which was very satisfying and reassuring.

Great service from salesman involved but personally i felt the paperwork involved took far too long at handover between Arnold Clark and BMW almost duplicated.

The staff at reception were fabulous and the girls who dealt with me for drop off and pick are really professional. No fault there. My issue lies with the policy of courtesy cars or alternative options.
Staff are courteous and friendly. I find it quite intimidating taking my car to be serviced as I'm not mechanically minded. I did not feel intimidated during my visit at Harry Fairbairn Kirkcaldy.

Car taken on time and returned after its service in pristine condition.
This may be a bit unfair, because the service staff were ok speaking to them face to face. Although the advertised cost on their website was over 30% cheaper than the price quoted at the garage. They did however offer a small discount.

Harry Fairburn Kirkcaldy make the service experience a pleasure, they are always very attentive, knowledgeable as well as efficiently carrying out the work. The important point is that they give me complete trust in their looking after my car.
The latest episode concerns a recall. The dealership told me it could be weeks before they could provide a replacement vehicle whilst mine was in for the recall. They told me to use the BMW Emergency Service, which I did and who were excellent.
Work was carried out timeously, Staff were friendly, price for performance parts was competitive.
I had a query about my cars Adblue usage before the service, This issue was not addressed at the service! I had to arrange an inspection and test of the Adblue usage, this has been done, and I am informed the issue is resolved. I shall wait and see?
Fitted new tires without any issues no damage to the alloy wheels so I was very happy.

Again disappointed at the wash & valet. Also felt I was being ripped off with the cost quoted to renew the rear tyres over £200 more expensive than black circles.

I have been a customer of the Harry Fairbairn dealership since 2012, and I am on first name terms with their sales people.
From my initial visit to the garage I couldn't fault the attention I was given and nothing was any trouble for the sales department who were very friendly and attentive.
Time convenient on date that we requested. Welcomed at dealership, courteous and attentive staff completed hand over without delay. Car in excellent condition and full operational set-up explained prior to departure.
Callum Graham and the BMW Genius were very friendly, informative and helpful.
Mercedes Benz was a far better experience at Arnold Clark.
Efficiently handled and kept informed throughout the process.
