The issue I had with my vehicle has not been rectified and will most likely occur again.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was kept well-informed during the process and the car was ready on time, with no "nasty surprises" waiting.
All handled efficiently but the requirement for a second visit could have been resolved with either more proactive intervention of BMW review.
When I telephoned the dealership and explained my problem I was not expecting to have my vehicle seen that day. Nevertheless the dealership arranged a late afternoon appointment and throughout my time there I was given first class treatment.
Service is of impeccable standard. Staff were excellent, exceptionally efficient and friendly. Got a video of our car being serviced. Was valeted and took no time at all before we were called to come and collect our car.

I habe been going to this location for 14years. Apart from a few hiccups the service has been very good. Having said that the service section could improve but the sales side are pretty consistent.
The work was done on time etc. But the labour charge for a standard service was high. Therefore only fairly satisfied overall.
Service completed and updates sent during the service, time was taken to ensure I was aware of what was going on.
Great communication, staff were friendly and the vehicle is in great order. They even gave it a hoover and clean.
Replaced a tyre but identified expensive problems with front suspension.
They did the job they set out to do,nothing more nothing less.

The dealer is extremely poor at returning calls. Despite front desk saying I would get a call back, it often took 2 or 3 calls from me to be able to speak with the service advisor

I was contacted the day before as a reminder. Although a loan car was unavailabe for the day in question my car was collected and delivered back within the time specified by the branch washed and hoovered inside.
Efficient and courteous. Did not pick up oil leak at MOT or end of warranty check
Everything was excellent except losing a courtesy car. Found me another one with no issue however.

Asked for car to be Motd. Told it had 3 damaged tyres thus no test. Would have expected a BMW garage to have checked car and advised if anything else needed. Collected car to find it was not washed or valeted. First time ever in BMW & Audi garages.
I had car booked in for service and MOT. While all went well on this occasion and I was kept very well informed I wasnt made awar that harry Fairbairn price matched on MOTs.
Good garage with attentive staff.
What went in for didn't get fixed, had to go back in abain, after having it for 8 hours, then back in again and still not fixed. Going in for a third time, watch this space.

Kept informed all the way through out my car being in the branch. When timings were going to be a problem a new appointment was immediately made and my car was returned to myself in plenty of time.
Easy to book, very polite and efficient service
My service and MOT were done quickly. I was told that one of my tyres was damaged and had to be replaced. I was sent a video clip showing me the damage which I thought was excellent

Raz had my car ready for me on the day I had come home from my holiday and had my private plate on for collection.
Private registration paperwork was not handled correctly at the beginning of the process so I am still without my private plate 4 weeks on. This has detracted from the overall completely satisfied experience.
