Could not fault it. Staff weren't pushy, made me and my husband feel welcome. Offered refreshments, etc. Had initially planned on visiting several car garages and spent a few hours in BMW and bought the 1st car we looked at. (Very usual for me)

I had difficulty arranging for transport whilst my BMW was being repaired. The garage kindly offered to pick up and return the car to our house which was superb. Driver (Richard) was very friendly and helpful.

The car had a ceramic coating the weekend before it broke down, I asked everyone not to wash the car and it was washed with a pressure washer when I picked it up! Not impressed, it cost £250 for the coating, they tell you not to pressure wash it.

The repair is done and i m hppy with this, but i dislike the £180 charge ro look at the car. They recommended a repair to the rear prop shaft doughnut but quoted an astronomical figure for this repair.my independent mechanic says no repair needed

Took 3 weeks to fix a fault 2 weeks after purchasing used. When the car was returned to me the tyres were flat and some of the things I asked to be looked at hadn't been looked at

Incompetent from service dept to say the least, everybody else super. Told car had fault booked in and then turns out there wasn't a fault after all the back window never defrosts at the top very strange complete waste of 2 days

Car went in for a service with whe washers working , got it home and found the washers were no longer working . Spoke to the garage , had to go back with it a week later and this cost me £99 , even though they were working well before the car went in

The underlying issues with the digital/software are not fixed. The screens still behave inconsistently and the heated seats won't stay switched off, phone pairing drops and it still doesn't always recognise the key, even when it is on my pocket.

Although I was told I could wait for my recall, when I arrived they said it would be up to 5pm. I told them I was told I could wait and my request for a replacement car wouldn't be necessary. My car was done immediately. Problem solved
