Kept informed all the way through out my car being in the branch. When timings were going to be a problem a new appointment was immediately made and my car was returned to myself in plenty of time.

My service and MOT were done quickly. I was told that one of my tyres was damaged and had to be replaced. I was sent a video clip showing me the damage which I thought was excellent

The whole experience was very poor, service advisor not interested in listening to my concerns over the rear brake hubs, also no update on how things were going.I wish I had gone to a closer dealer (Edinburgh) and not been loyal to Harry Fairbairn
I received a video inspection of the vehicle, and a phone call to let me know that the car was ready. The service cost was clearly stated, and the service documentation was very detailed.
Michael the valet spent most of the day polishing scratches from our car. He did a fantastic job and had our car looking wonderful again. Thank you Michael and BMW.

I was told every "Brand new" car would typically have 0-100 miles on the clock. Mine had exactly 100 miles?? Coincidence?? Was promised a first class valet. It certainly was not. The product genie couldn't answer half of my questions.
